About Claudia
Claudia Haisman-Green is a highly experienced solicitor who has spent decades advising clients through some of the most complex and high-value transactions. Now, as a qualified mediator, she brings that same depth of knowledge, analytical rigour and personal care to helping parties find lasting resolutions — without the cost, delay, and stress of litigation.
Claudia founded Accordis on a simple belief: that most disputes can be resolved when both sides feel genuinely heard. Her approach is structured, sensitive, and people-focussed - giving parties the confidence that nothing important is being missed.
Having worked in the real estate industry for over twenty years, Claudia's particular specialism is mediating property disputes, from a neighbour boundary dispute to a multi-million pound dilapidations claim. Her specialist knowledge means she gets to the core of disputes quickly and effectively, whilst understanding the commercial and personal impact of the dispute for each party involved.
Services
Mediation offers a faster, less adversarial, and more cost-effective route to resolution than going to court. Claudia works with individuals, families, and businesses across a range of dispute types.
Contract disagreements, partnership breakdowns, supplier and client conflicts, and business-to-business disputes of all sizes.
Boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and neighbourhood conflicts where preserving relationships matters.
Disagreements between professionals, firms, or between professionals and their clients — resolved with confidentiality and respect.
Why Mediation?
Litigation is expensive, unpredictable, and public. Mediation puts the parties in control of the outcome. With the right mediator, it can transform an entrenched conflict into a constructive conversation.
Discuss Your SituationEverything a party tells a mediator is completely confidential.
Mediation typically resolves disputes in days or weeks — not years — at a fraction of the cost of litigation.
Rather than having a decision imposed, both parties shape the settlement — making it far more likely to hold.
For ongoing business or personal relationships, mediation can resolve the dispute without destroying the relationship.
The Process
Claudia's process is straightforward, transparent, and designed to put all parties at ease from the outset.
A confidential, no-obligation call to understand your situation and explain how mediation might help. There is no pressure and no commitment at this stage.
Claudia meets separately with each party to understand their position, concerns and desired outcomes. This ensures the mediation session is focused and productive.
A structured session in person or online guided by Claudia. She facilitates open dialogue, helps both sides understand each other's position and works towards helping the parties find common ground.
Where agreement is reached, it is recorded in a clear, binding settlement document. Both parties leave with certainty and resolution.
